Welcome to Affinago, your cheese batch tracking app. Keep track of your batches, log entries and manage your fermentation process with ease.

I'm a freelance software developer and a hobbyist brewer who recently got into cheesemaking and always liked keeping track of my brews in brewing software tools - but I was missing something similar for cheesemaking.

I built this app over the Christmas holidays in 2025 because I was stuck at home with a flu and needed something to keep me occupied.

Affinage (noun): the act or process of aging cheese. Affinago helps you with that.

Affinago is free to use and the core features will remain that way as long as I run it. If there's enough usage and interest, I might consider adding paid features in the future to help pay the costs of development and hosting.

In the meantime, if you want, you can help pay for hosting etc. by buying me a coffee cheese.
